Individual Psychotherapy
This is a one-on-one therapy session where a client work directly with the psychologist in a safe, non-judgmental space adhering to confidentiality. The therapeutic space allows the client to explore feelings, emotions, behavioural patterns with the aim to gain insight, develop coping skills and personal growth, and work through issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships problems.

Couple Therapy
Couple therapy is conducted to couples experiencing major life transitions. It explores relational patterns, conflict resolution, stress management, and communication styles. This therapy enhance good communication, increases affection and empathy.

Play Therapy
The psychologist conduct play therapy to children from 3yrs of age and above. Play therapy is used as a diagnostic and therapeutic tool to help children experiencing mental health difficulties/conditions. Play therapy helps children express emotions, process trauma and explore difficult feelings they might not have words for.

Group Psychotherapy
A therapeutic approach for a small group (4-15 clients) is conducted for the group members to work through psychological and mental issues together. It helps members realise they are not alone and they learn to relate to others in a safe environment creating a sense of belonging and reducing isolation. Safe space and confidentiality are adhered to through out the sessions.

Family Therapy
This therapy is conducted to families experiencing life stressors, mental health problems and major life transitions. The therapy enables families to adjust and adapt to the emotional demands with good communication, effective listening, conflict resolving and the ability to understand each other better as a family.

Psychological Trauma Debrief
Trauma debrief is provided to clients who were exposed to traumatic events to help them process the traumatic thoughts, feelings, emotions and reactions related to trauma exposure. Trauma debrief helps normalise intensive emotions, allows emotional ventilation, build resilience and prevent the development of chronic PTSD.

Psychological Assessment
Psychological Assessments are administered using various standardised tests based on the client’ presenting problem. In-depth clinical interviews, clinical observations and collateral information are conducted to get the client’ cognitive abilities, emotional state, behavioural patterns and thoughts processes. The following psychological assessments can be administered: personality assessment, cognitive assessment, neuropsychological assessment and IQ assessment.
